Directions for Use
One drop is equivalent to 100mcg methyl folate (5-methyltetrahydrofolate) levomefolic acid
Adult Dose
5-10 drops per day or as recommended by your health professional.
Children's Dose
Children under 5 years old: One drop per day or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Children 5-12 years old: 1-5 drops per day or as directed by a healthcare profession

Cautions & Contraindications
When first adding methyl folate into your supplement regime it is recommended to start with just one drop per day for 5 days and observe daily to see how this influences your existing symptom picture.
Only if there is no exacerbation of symptoms, or signs of anxiety or decreased mood is it advised to increase the dose by one additional drop every five days until reaching the maximum adult dose.
